HANIIX colored contact lenses are designed to give your eyes a beautiful, natural-looking color change. To ensure a safe and comfortable experience, it's important to know how to properly wear, remove, and care for your lenses. Here's a simplified guide to help you get started.
PUTTING IN YOUR CONTACT LENSES
- Wash Your Hands
Use mild soap and water to wash your hands thoroughly. Dry them with a clean, lint-free towel. - Handle the Lens Carefully
Take one lens out of its case or blister pack. Always start with the same eye to avoid mix-ups. Use your fingertips, not your nails. - Check the Lens Orientation
Place the lens on your fingertip. If it forms a smooth bowl shape, it's ready to wear. If the edges flare out, flip it. - Hold Your Eyelids Open
Look straight ahead or slightly upward. Use one hand to hold your upper eyelid and the other to gently pull down the lower lid. - Put on the Lens
Gently place the lens on your eye. Blink slowly to help it settle. It should feel comfortable and look clear. - Repeat for the Other Eye

How to Choose Your Power (SPH)
1. Understanding Power (SPH) in Contact Lenses
The Power (SPH) of contact lenses is measured in diopters (D) and helps correct nearsightedness (-) or farsightedness (+):
- Negative (-): Example: -3.50D, corrects nearsightedness (myopia).
- Positive (+): Example: +2.00D, corrects farsightedness (hyperopia).
- 0.00 (Plano): No prescription, only for cosmetic enhancement.
💡 Key Buying Consideration: The prescription for colored contact lenses is often different from your eyeglasses prescription.
2. Do You Need Vision Correction?
- For cosmetic use only: Select 0.00 (Plano) lenses.
- For vision correction: Choose the appropriate Power (SPH) based on your latest contact lens prescription (not eyeglasses prescription).
